As the world continues to evolve during the COVID-19 pandemic, Synchronized Christmas continues to operate normally. There are, however, certain minor changes to various portions of our business. Please see the summary below.
Our business model is focused on the design and programming of displays. We do the programming from home, with conversations about your display handled over the phone or web conference. Thus programming of your displays is unaffected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
A lot of our design work has always been remote based. We worked with customers to come up with a display that would need their needs and desires. The majority of the time the customer provides pictures, measurements and other details needed to design a display.
If you wish to have us visit your location in person to help design a display, please understand that we will do so under a very strict set rules. Contact us for details.
We typically do not to installations of Christmas displays. We’ve been known to be onsite for installations where you, the customer, has their own install crew available. It is unknown what type of impact COVID-19 will have on this aspect of our business. If you need us onsite during your installation, in a supervisory/consultation mode, please contact us so that we can discuss the issue.
